DAY 1: NAIROBI-NAIVASHA
ETA JKIA Nairobi. Meet & Greet outside customs hall (near SafariComm booth). You may choose to buy a SIM card before departing from the airport.
Enroute to Naivasha there will be photo stops over the Rift Valley. The breath taking views over a cup of coffee/snacks (own account) are worth some time here. Reach your lodge in time for lunch.
This afternoon embark on the Lake Naivasha cruise to view hippos, flamingos (in season) and numerous other bird species. The boat will drop you off at Crescent Island to experience a walking safari in midst of many wild animals like giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, etc. Take the boat again to be dropped of at the pier.
Dinner and overnight at Naivasha.
DAY 2: NAIVASHA – MASAI MARA
Early departure after breakfast towards Masai Mara. Reach in time for a late lunch ( minimum 5 hrs drive, reach latest by 2pm – if running late please inform the lodge to keep some aside for you). After some relaxation enjoy an evening game drive in Masai Mara (4pm to sunset). Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA
Experience the wildlife viewing opportunity. Morning game drives are from dawn to 0930am and afternoon game drives are from 0330pm to sunset. Your driver-guide-ranger will brief you on the best viewing timings and locations. You may choose to have a picnic breakfast in the Mara by informing your lodge the previous night. OPTIONAL HOT AIR BALLOON SAFARI with Champagne breakfast
DAY 4: MASAI MARA
Morning & evening game drives. Alternatively, you may choose to do a full day (8am-4pm) game drive with a picnic lunch from the lodge. This will allow you to drive further into Mara towards the Serengeti border.
DAY 5: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI
Depart for Nairobi before 10am (minimum 7 hrs drive). On arrival you will be dropped of at your hotel. Today’s lunch and dinner on your own account.
Day 6: NAIROBI & DEPARTURE
Check out after breakfast (9am) to enjoy the various sights of Nairobi. Start with the National Museum, Snake Park, Giraffe Centre, Kazuri Beads Factory and some last-minute shopping at the Masai Market before being dropped off at the airport for return flight home. Lunch during the say on your own account.
